While You're Gone offers free round-trip airport transportation with your service plan.  A charge of $5.00 will be added for service on federal holidays.

Signature Home Monitoring Service

The While You're Gone Signature Home Monitoring Service is much more than picking-up your mail and quickly glancing around your house.  The Home & Pet Service Team is properly trained and equipped to protect your #1 asset so you can concentrate on enjoying your trip.  The Signature Home Monitoring Service provides:

• Mail & Newspaper Pick-up - Your items will be waiting for you inside your house when you return
• Delivery Receipt - Expecting a delivery while you're traveling? Give us the details when ordering service and we will receive it and have it waiting for you  
• Plant Care - We will water and feed your plants per your instructions
• Criminal Deterrent Measures - We will adjust lighting & fixtures, and employ proven measures to deter would-be criminals
• Thorough Home Inspections - We check plumbing, A/C & furnace, appliances, windows, doors, ceilings, and outdoor structures for  leaks, damage, or inoperability  
• Maintenance Watch - Training and a network of on-call service providers allow us to prevent or repair any problems that could cause damage to your home or property 
• Light Snow Removal - We will ensure all entrances and steps are free and clear of snow and ice each visit

Daily rates also available for Daily and Twice Daily Home Visits.

In-Home Pet Sitting with Signature Home Monitoring Service

When you can't bring your pet with you while you travel, you can rest assured the While You're Gone Home & Pet Service Team will give your pet the love and care they deserve.  In-Home Pet Sitting Service includes all the benefits of our Signature Home Monitoring Service.  Our In-Home Pet Sitting Service includes:

• Daily Feeding & Water Fill-up - We ensure your pet has fresh food and water everyday
• Medications - We will administer all necessary medications to your pet as prescribed by your vet
• Dog Walking - We make sure your dog is walked and exercised daily
• Potty Breaks & Litter Cleaning - We'll give your pet bathroom breaks and then clean up the mess...and we ensure newspaper, litter, and cages are cleaned everyday
• Pet Playtime - We spend a guaranteed 20 minutes minimum playing with your pet
• Pet Bathing & Brushing - We will bathe your pet once a week while you're gone!

Additional Services

While You're Gone is proud to offer the following services in addition to our Signature Home Monitoring and In-Home Pet Sitting Services.  All pricing of below additional services is in addition to the Signature Home Monitoring and In-Home Pet Sitting Service pricing.   

Pet Check & Pet Boarding Arrangement Service

Pet Check - Customers with non-needy pets (dogs excluded) may use our Pet Check pet sitting service.  Pet Check service includes:

• Feeding & Water Fill-up
• Administer Medications
• Litter/Paper/Cage Cleaning 

Pet Boarding Arrangement - While You're Gone, LLC is happy to provide Pet Boarding Arrangement & Transportation Service.  Pet Boarding Service includes;

• Pet Boarding Arrangement - We use only trusted boarders in good standing with the Better Business Bureau
• Round-Trip Transportation - We will drop off your pet with the boarder and give them a ride home so they're waiting for you upon your return!
• Play Time & Bath - Your price also includes the best play time & treat packages for your pet and a bath prior to their return

For additional pets: Pet Boarding add $25 a day or $165 a week.

Lawn Care Service

An ungroomed lawn is a tell-tale sign to would-be criminals a home may be unoccupied. While You're Gone offers lawn care services so your lawn doesn't fall behind on upkeep while you travel providing an additional layer of cover for your home and belongings.  Our lawn care services includes:

• Mow, Weed Eating, and Trim - Weekly or bi-weekly service depending on season and includes lawn watering and blowing off of driveways and sidewalks  
• Optional Fertilizing Service - Keeps your lawn green and healthy while you're gone! 

Price listed for up to 5000 sq ft lawn. Larger lawns may incur higher pricing

Snow Removal Service

While You're Gone can ensure your driveway, walkways, and public sidewalks are clear and clean after the snow fall in accordance with city regulations with our snow removal service.  Our service includes:

• Quick Snow Removal - Snow is removed from driveways, walkways, and public sidewalks within hours of snow fall stop ensuring compliance of city regulations
• Sand & Salt Application - For tougher jobs sand and/or salt products may be used to ensure complete snow and ice removal 

Professional Maid Service

One of our most popular service options is the professional maid service.  While You're Gone has teamed up with the best names in Omaha maid and house cleaning services to give you the option of a complete house cleaning prior to your return.  The maid service includes:

• Kitchen Cleaning - Appliances, counters, floors, and more
• Bathroom Cleaning - Sinks and counters, toilets, floors, tubs and showers
• Living Areas Cleaning - Areas picked-up and straightened, dusting, trash removed, furniture, floors, and more

Price listed for up to 1500 sq ft house. Larger homes may incur additional cost.

Errand and Extra Task Service

While You're Gone is happy to eliminate items from your 'To-Do' list prior to your return.  Examples of errands and tasks we can accomplish for you:

• Dry Cleaning and Laundry services - Pick-ups and Drop-offs
• Shopping - Gifts or grocery waiting on you when you get back!
• Automobile Services - Car washes, oil changes, tune-ups, detailing, and repairs
